Bc64 Austin Cardi & Beanie

KNITTING PATTERN

A multi textured cardi makes an interesting pattern to knit, finished off with a matching beanie.

Crew neck and set in sleeves, buttoned up with 2 x 2 rib bands and a garter stitch neckband.

The Beanie pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.

 

TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles.

Recommended Yarn 8ply Merino

One pair each size 3.25 mm [3 US], 4 mm [6 US] knitting needles or one set each

size 3.25 mm [3 US], 4 mm [6 US] double pointed needles, stitch holder, 5-6 buttons.
